Services
ShreeAI provides AI-powered hiring system design, implementation, and management services. The specific scope of services is defined in the proposal agreed upon between ShreeAI and the client prior to engagement.
Payment
Services require a one-time setup fee paid before work begins, and a monthly retainer billed on the same date each month. All prices are in USD. Indian clients pay the INR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly retainers paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused days. No lock-in contracts.
Intellectual property
Automation workflows, AI prompts, and system configurations built by ShreeAI remain the intellectual property of ShreeAI. Client data — including job descriptions, candidate applications, and company information — remains the property of the client.
Data handling
ShreeAI processes candidate data on behalf of clients as a data processor. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal basis to share candidate data with ShreeAI. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
ShreeAI is not liable for hiring decisions made by clients. Our service provides shortlisting and automation — final hiring decisions remain with the client. ShreeAI total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
ShreeAI may update these terms with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use of services after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
