When you book a consultation, we collect your name, work email, company name, and hiring challenge. We collect this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
How we use your data
We use your information to respond to consultation requests, provide our AI hiring services, send service-related communications, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Data storage
Consultation data is stored securely in Google Sheets with access restricted to ShreeAI team members. We use Google Workspace for email communications. All data is stored on servers compliant with industry security standards.
Candidate data
When we manage hiring for our clients, candidate application data (resumes, assessment responses, contact information) is processed on behalf of our clients. Candidates may request deletion of their data by contacting hello@shreeai.tech.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. This sets anonymous cookies to track page visits. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@shreeai.tech. We will respond within 7 business days.
